How we use your information

We use your information to:

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

If you're in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, or we can't tell where you are, Google Analytics runs only after you accept cookies through the banner on our site. Everywhere else it runs by default. Wherever you are, you can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer: choosing "Necessary only" turns analytics off. We remember your choice in your browser for 12 months, then ask again. You can also block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy policy.

Services we use

We share information only with services that help us run Blitxo, and only as much as each one needs:

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if required by law.

Client confidentiality

Anything you share with us about your product or business is kept confidential. We don't show client work publicly without your permission. We're happy to sign an NDA before a project starts.

International transfers

Blitxo is based in India, and some of the services we use store data in other countries, including the United States. By using our website or working with us, your information may be processed outside your country. We rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect it.

Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

To use any of these rights, email us at hello@blitxo.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live. In India, that's the Data Protection Board of India. In the EU or UK, it's your local supervisory authority.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure, reputable service providers and limited access to client data. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Our website may link to other sites, such as case study products or social profiles. We're not responsible for how those sites handle your information.
